Police Social Worker
Alexandra is the Police Social Worker for the Bartlett Police Department. Alexandra provides case management, crisis intervention, crime victim services, short-term counseling, and support to individuals, families, and groups within the community.
Prior to joining the NEDFYS team, Alexandra worked with victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and our homeless population where she provided case management, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling. Alexandra has years of experience working in crisis centers, shelters, and in child welfare. Alexandra previously completed an internship at West Chicago Police Department in their Social Services Unit where she provided crisis intervention, case management and support to community members.
Fun fact: Alexandra loves to dance! Alexandra has danced since she was three years old and used to dance competitively.
