Ashley Liem, MPH
Ashley Liem joined NEDFYS in March 2018. She primarily works with adolescents by facilitating youth programming in the Addison area. In addition, she contributes to strategic communication projects for the agency and maintains the website. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Promotion and a minor in Deafness Rehabilitation from Northern Illinois University. Later, she received her Master of Public Health with certificates in Epidemiology and Health Education and Promotion from Benedictine University. Prior to joining NEDFYS, Ashley was a Life Skills Instructor at a group home for children with moderate to severe autism and Down syndrome. Later, she worked at the Henry Hyde Resource Center as the Youth Leadership Intern and as a Youth Mentor.
