Dana Pavlu, LCSW

Clinical Director

As Clinical Director, Dana provides oversight for all clinical services and programs, supervises clinical staff, and works closely with community partners to provide mental health services to DuPage residents.  

 

Dana draws on 20 years of experience, including counseling adolescents and families, child welfare, juvenile justice fields, office-based medical groups, and outpatient hospital programs.  Dana has worked extensively with at-risk populations, adolescents, and their families across the continuum of care.  Dana also has experience as an adjunct professor at Aurora University teaching lifespan development. 

Dana was previously with NEDFYS for 7 years.  After leaving NEDFYS she served on the Board of Directors for 2 years. Dana rejoined the team in February 2021 and is excited to be back.

 

Fun facts: Dana enjoys spending time with her family, especially cheering on her two boys at their baseball games. She is originally from New Jersey and has lived in the Chicago Suburbs for 20 years.
