Drew began working at our Bloomingdale office in June 2023 as an Associate Therapist, where she facilitates support groups and provides individual therapy for youth and families that focus on healthy relationships, coping skills, distress tolerance, and more.

Before joining NEDFYS, Drew worked as an intern at the Tennessee Department of Corrections, where she worked with adults on probation who also had substance use disorders. While there, she facilitated support groups, various educational groups, and individual counseling. She also
interned at the YWCA in Knoxville with their Freedom Inside program to provide assistance and therapeutic services to women incarcerated who needed treatment for PTSD, substance use

disorders, depression, anxiety, and other various mental health diagnoses.

Drew is passionate about assisting her clients in recognizing their strengths to overcome any barriers they face and achieve their goals. She believes in using a collaborative approach to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and resources to truly support her community.
