Hannah Ewoldt, MS
Prevention Coordinator
Hannah serves as the Prevention Coordinator at Northeast DuPage Family & Youth Services, where she leads programs that support youth, families, and the community through health and wellness initiatives. She works closely with schools, organizations, and coalitions to offer services ranging from after-school programs to awareness campaigns—both locally and across the county.
Hannah holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Education. She brings a strong background in youth development, having worked in higher education, nonprofits, and at a rape crisis center. Known as a connector, she’s passionate about bringing people and ideas together to create lasting impact.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and dog Sage, reading, creative projects, thrifting, and trying new things. She also serves on the board of This Girls Story Magazine, supporting youth expression and empowerment.
Fun facts: Hannah always has fun side jobs to keep her on her toes! Including previously being a group fitness instructor and a drivers education instructor for teens.
