Liz serves as a Police Social Worker for the Glendale Heights Police Department. Within her role as a PSW with NEDFYS, Liz also assists in our Step-up Program. Prior to moving into a full time Police Social work role, Liz assisted with the Prevention Department and providing support to groups for NewComers—bilingual groups designed for individuals who have recently immigrated to the United States.
Before joining NEDFYS, Liz worked as a receptionist at Family Counseling Service and as a dietary aide at a nursing home in her hometown.
