Sean is responsible for supervising interns to ensure they gain valuable internship experience. He conducts interns' onboarding and orientation and provides individual supervision, group support, and training throughout their time at NEDFYS. His role involves providing support and presenting challenges to prepare them for their future careers.

Previously, Sean worked as a group therapist in partial hospitalization programs, leading psychoeducation, process, and exposure groups for adolescent patients.
