Tatiana is a contract therapist who provides counseling services in English and Spanish. She has had an unconventional career path, starting as a bilingual case manager with children and families and then becoming a flight attendant for almost a decade. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago with a specialization in
school social work and is currently a school social worker.

 

Tatiana believes in meeting people where they are and allowing her clients to be the experts in their lives. She approaches clients with a sense of cultural humility, curiosity, and a strong belief in lifelong learning and an individual's ability to grow and heal when they are ready. Tatiana provides psychoeducation and uses mindfulness techniques in her sessions to allow her clients to take control of their healing journey. She believes it is a genuine privilege for others to allow her into their lives and curates her approach according to each client's individual needs.
